Improving Your Listening Experience
If you are experiencing inconsistent performance whilst listening to Basin Radio then please follow the instructions below on improving your connection speed.
- In windows Media Player go to [tools] - [Options] - then select the [Performance] tab.
- Under the performance tab select [Choose connection speed] and change it to 28.8 kbps.
- Under the Network buffering setting, leave it at the default setting initially, if you still encounter connection and quality issues then change the network buffer to 60.
